TAYLOR GETTING INTO RHYTHM

Bristol Flyers' ace looking forward to turning out in front of a sell-out crowd this weekend...

CHRIS TAYLOR feels that he is getting close to full fitness as he looks forward to Bristol Flyers’ encounter with London Lions this weekend.

The 27 year-old joined the club in September for his first taste of life in the top-flight. However, a wrist injury sustained during pre-season has halted his progress and restricted him to just seven appearances so far this term.

“There’s a lot less room for error in this league,” he admitted to Bristol Flyers TV. “I’m still getting used to the speed and physicality of the BBL and those extended minutes have really helped me with my confidence and get used to the rhythm of the game.

“We still have a very good chance of making the play-offs and even being a top four team, which has been our goal since the beginning of the season.

“We’re happy to be back in front of our fans this weekend and when it’s a sell-out crowd, it just helps with our momentum.”
