THE annual West Bay Sea Angling Club Boat Festival Cup was fished this month by five Anglers heading out from West Bay Harbour.

Conditions were good but fishing was slow. Seven different species were caught and released by the anglers including wrasse, conger eels and cod.

The overall winner on the day was Tom Fairweather (pictured) with 19 points, most species went to James Barr with three, and best fish went to Rod Barr with a cuckoo wrasse.
