Tonight the Cherries travel to Old Trafford in what will be the first meeting this season.
After Man United lost to City at the weekend there is now a 11 point gap between them at the top of the table. The Cherries have only lost one game in their last six so they will be up for putting on a good show against the Red Devils.
Bournemouth have only met United on four occasions in the Premier League, picking up 4 points against the Norther side.
Last season the Cherries earned a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford, but back in the 2015 season AFC Bournemouth picked up a memorable 2-1 win over Man Utd.
Man Utd are currently without Paul Pogba and its not yet known if defender Marcus Rojo will be starting after he suffered a cut to the head on Sunday but Phil Jones could return, for The Cherries, Adam Smith can put himself back in the squad after serving a ban, but Tyrone Mings and Brad Smith could miss todays fixture.
Eddie Howe said: “There will be no surrender from us. It will be difficult but we’re a side who always play to our strengths first and this match will be no different.”
