WEYMOUTH FC have been handed a boost with the news that the influential, Callum Buckley, has agreed a contract extension.
The 22 year-old, who joined the club during the summer from AFC Bournemouth, has been in good form this term.
“I am really happy to sign another deal because there are some really talented players here,” he told theterras.com after putting pen to paper on a deal that runs until the end of next season. “The staff and fans have been brilliant and I am delighted with how things are going this season.
“It does help when you’ve got good staff around trying to help me and progress my game.
“I am always looking to improve my game as much as I can and being here will help me do that.
“There are some great characters in the group that are all looking to improve and all looking to go in one direction. So we are all quite motivated to win games and do well and be as professional as we can.”
