Big FA Cup night under the Huish Park floodlights on Friday...

YEOVIL Town will take centre stage on Friday evening as they play host to Manchester United in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup.

The tie could see recent signing Alexis Sanchez make his United debut at Huish Park having completed his move from Arsenal.

Jose Mourinho has admitted that he will field ‘a very strong team’ as he looks to make progress in the famous old competition.

The Glovers are the lowest-ranked team left in this year’s FA Cup as they sit 21st in the League Two table, just two points clear of the relegation zone.

They will be without former Manchester United youngster, Otis Khan, after the midfielder was handed a five-match ban for allegedly pushing referee, Kevin Johnson, in their last game.

The two sides have gone head-to-head in the FA Cup twice before. United were convincing 8-0 winners back in 1948/49, whilst they secured a 2-0 triumph in the third round back in 2014/15.

Yeovil have a rich history of giant-killing in the FA Cup, but they have lost each of their last nine ties against top-flight opponents.

That won’t deter the sell-out crowd from enjoying the occasion and creating a special atmosphere under the floodlights.
