PLYMOUTH Argyle have appointed Ian Roscrow as their new head of recruitment.
Roscrow follows in the footsteps of former scout Greg Strong, who left the club in November to join National League side Salford City.
Yorkshireman Roscrow has worked for a decade a Swansea City and previous held recruitment roles at Wigan and Middlesbrough.
Argyle said in a statement: “Ian’s new role will encompass all recruitment matters at the club, including talent identification and acquisition for the youth and development sides. Ian will also be heavily active in supporting head of football Derek Adams in signing players to feature for the Pilgrims’ first-team.”
