Forest Green Rovers head north full of confidence...

HAVING secured back-to-back victories to move them away from the relegation zone, Forest Green Rovers head to Morecambe full of confidence on Saturday.

Manager, Mark Cooper, meanwhile is refusing to get carried away despite their recent upturn in form.

“It is just another game,” he told “It’s an important game because of the situation in and around the bottom of the table. We’re well aware of what needs to be done.

“We’re looking forward to it. We feel good, we’re confident. We fully respect Morecambe and the job Jim Bentley has done up there, it’s fantastic but we’re looking forward to every game now.

“The squad are okay health wise. It’s taken a lot out of two or three of them so we have to make sure they are well enough to travel but we’re hoping everyone will be okay.

“The players have just got to keep doing what they’re doing now. If we can get the first goal it will give us a real boost and that’s what we’re going to try and do.”
