Truro City where defeated on the road last night as Oxford City’s Matt Paterson scored a hatrick giving his side the three points.
The White Tigers had a rough start to the game, as it was the home side who went ahead in the first 18 minutes as Oxlade-Chamberlain drove the ball towards the Truro City goal, Patterson was well positioned to fire his shot home.
Truro City struggle to take control of the game during the first half, as they were giving the ball away to often.
The second half was under way and it was the home side who once again took control with several corners and opportunities, but just past the hour mark Poku put the ball through to Patterson who lifted it over McHale making it 2-0.
A minute later Aaron Lamount got the ball in the net for the White Tigers with a low strike into the bottom corner.
Truro City pushed to try and get an equaliser, but the home side sealed the victory in stoppage time when Oxford broke away with McEachran setting up Patterson to complete his hat-trick
