WYLDE SECURES MOVE TO LIVINGSTON AFTER ARGYLE EXIT

GREG WYLDE has joined Scottish Premiership side Livingston FC following his departure from Plymouth Argyle.

The 27-year-old left Argyle on Monday after he and the club mutually agreed to end his contract with immediate effect.

He has since flown out to Portugal to join up with Livingston who are over there doing some warm weather training.

Livingston FC manager Gary Holt said: “Davie and I have been working hard to get Gregg in and I’m delighted we have managed to so. He has signed an 18 month contract and will wear the number 39 shirt.

“Gregg is a great addition to our squad and will give us options going forward. We think we can get him playing consistently at a good level week in week out. He has a great left foot and will bring a lot of experience to the squad and can play a few positions. Gregg will no doubt enhance our squad and help us all kick on for our push to finish as high as possible on the Ladbrokes Premiership.”.

Wylde made 75 appearances for Argyle, scoring eight goals, but 51 appearances came in his first season at the club.
