YEOVIL Town sit just 90 minutes away from Wembley Stadium in the Checkatrade Trophy following their dramatic 3-2 victory over Fleetwood Town on Tuesday evening.
It means that they now face League One high-flyers, Shrewsbury Town, in the semi-final of the competition.
Francois Zoko was on hand to notch a late winner against Fleetwood and he couldn’t hide his delight.
“I very much enjoyed that!” he told iFollow Glovers. “It was a good game from the boys and from the bench I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy game but we managed it well.
“From 1-0 down we came back into it and to win it at the end was as very good scenario for us.
“The team are heroes because in the last few weeks we’ve been doing very well. The boys have been doing well and we deserved this victory.
“I said earlier on in the competition that the closer we get [to Wembley], the more excited we’ll be. We’re just one step from Wembley now and we have to keep dreaming.”
